DESCRIPTION: Located in the heart of South Delhi, this house is co-owned by various members of a family. Having assigned floors for each sub unit, the floors are independent apartments interconnected by the common staircase court, which becomes the vertical connecting element and also brings in ample daylight and a feeling of openness throughout the house.

The rooms are laid out in spacious rectilinear layouts to maximize the interior functionality.
