The building is a home gymnasium for a residential project in NCR. The architectural language of the building is formed by overlapping planar surfaces. The large windows also contribute to composition of the building exterior and interior. These windows provide views of the sprawling lawns and gardens adjoining the block as well the main residential building. The interior of the building is inspired by the industrial style, consisting of a large open space with exposed brick walls and exposed services on a high ceiling.
