‘The age old adage, ‘when the going gets tough, the tough get going’ is a pretty apt way for me to start this note for you. The designing and engineering conceptualised and executed by you was indeed praiseworthy. Out project held in itself a multitude of challenges, which was not everyone’s cup of tea. But the deft thought process coupled with astute design outlays made the seemingly challenging task easier than it actually was. You were prompt in coordination, alongside being up to speed with all necessary documentation which catalysed the project into speedy completion. Your amiable and flexible approach put all concerned agencies at ease and fostered healthy exchange of ideas which ultimately benefited our project.
